I work as an organization development consultant and university teacher. Many pastors and lay leaders asked me how to transform their congregations, develop successful transitions from one leader to another, heal from conflict, or to improve communications and operating efficiency within the church.

In addition to working with many church leaders, I became active with my denomination and served on the board of their global missions, and later on the board of the national church. I founded Churchwright to help answer many calls from pastors and church leaders who wanted to strengthen their leadership and their congregations.

Since 1992 I have worked with congregations, governing bodies, educational, and charitable organizations, and even a few for-profits. At the same time I have continued to teach part-time to stay current with the latest trends and technologies.
