With a combination of in-person and regular phone sessions, you will experience the benefits of ongoing support required to keep you in action. We offer an initial free consultation that gives you the opportunity to ask questions and get enough relevant information so you can make an informed decision about whether working with Churchwright is a good match for you. This consultation is also obligation-free because we are proud of providing the best service to clients who will get the most value. We screen clients carefully and if we only work where we feel we have a great match between our skills and values and you are needs.
If you make the decision to work with us, we set up regular meetings - mostly done over the phone - where we initially assess where your business or career is today and where you would like to see it in the future. We also take your personal needs and concerns into consideration as these will largely determine how your action plan is structured. We can go into as much detail as you are comfortable with in both these areas.
Once we have a framework to work from, we work with you to co-create the action steps you will take weekly (or other time frame that suits you) to start realizing the goals you have set for yourself and your business. Along the way, we will have smaller milestones to check your progress while making sure you are satisfied with your own progress along the way.
Because our whole approach is flexible, any changes you feel are important to incorporate into your plan or goals are accommodated. The whole idea is that you achieve greater balance in your life while increasing productivity and effectiveness in your professional life.

Leadership and board workshops
Leadership workshops are ideal for individuals, groups of people or groups within an organization or church who:
- are working on a specific issue eg goal setting, setting up a website, finding a better job, relationships, stress management
- prefer the energy and dynamic of a group setting
- are working on a common goal, outcome or project
- want a cost effective coaching experience
- prefer to support and be supported by others in working towards their goals

Leadership workshops are normally delivered to you on-site in a weekend format. Most typically your facilitator arrives on Friday night and meets with your team on Saturday.
We also conduct workshops in Southern Nevada. These offer a great opportunity to get your team out of the church and into a relaxed retreat setting. Southern Nevada has a mild winter climate and more non-stop flights from more cities than any other location in the United States.

Speaking Engagements
Dr. Pizor, founder of Churchwright is available as a keynote speaker. His presentations change lives and transform organizations. He is a member of the National Speakers Association and currently serves as president-elect of the Las Vegas chapter.
What is a teleclass?
A teleclass is a conference call, like a chat line. You and between 6 or more other people call a regular phone number (called a bridge line) at your class time and you are welcomed by the Teleclass Leader.
A teleclass is similar to a high school or university class discussion -- some lecture, some questions, some discussion. If this if your first time taking a teleclass, you may wonder if and how it works. They are wonderful. Most participants rave about the highly interactive nature that provides content and feedback. You can listen and absorb and/or engage in the discussion. You can always ask questions of the teleclass leader or other people on the call with you.
Most teleclass sessions last an hour up to a maximum of two hours. You will be notified of how long your teleclass is expected to be. Some meet one time only, others meet weekly for 4-8 weeks, and there are even year-long programs available.
The advantages of teleclasses include:
- no travelling time
- no dress requirements
- speak with people in other countries
- no technical or computer skills necessary
- highly cost effective
You do not need a computer in order to be in a teleclass. All you need is a phone! People have been in our teleclasses from many locations and time zones. This is one technology that easily fits your fast-paced lifestyle.
